3、准备一段自我介绍，以及对这份工作的渴望和目标。

4、睡眠充足，保持头脑清晰，思维敏捷，随时应对考官的提问。

这是本人的一些经验，希望对你有所帮助。

英语面试前的准备：

1）应聘者在接到面试通知时，要知道招聘单位究竟是从事什么行业、规模、待遇等方面的基本情况；如无法得到资料，也要设法从其他同业中获得。

2） 要想考官会问什么问题，以及怎样回答面试时自我介绍内容。应强调应征的动机，自我介绍时才能胸有成竹，切合主题。

3）准备好所有证书材料，譬如与专业能力相关的资格证书，或参加培训的资料，不但可证明自己在这一方面所做的努力，也表示具有这个潜能。

4）在试讲前做好充足的准备，把要讲的内容的相关背景等知识了解到位，并把课的内容和这些背景结合起来，主要是注意如何让背景知识在吸引人的同时把人引导到课本的内容上来。
